With roots going back a far as 1885, Omega has achieved many milestones and has been on the leading edge of technology in the world of watches. Their watches have flown around the world (Amelia Earhart, 1934), traveled to the moon (Apollo 11, 1969), and resisted the pressures of deep sea diving (Jacques Mayol, 1981). Omega has been the official timekeeper for the Olympics 23 times and their timepieces can be found on the wrists of Michael Phelps, Cindy Crawford, and Nicole Kidman, to name but a few.
