Since this can sometimes be a difficult and painful process and in order to give you our undivided attention with your insurance replacement needs, we recommend that you call for an appointment.
In order to complete your claims as quickly as possible, please have the following information available:
- Adjuster's Name and Company Name
- Claim number or File number
- Appraisals
- Receipts
- Pictures
- List of items
All appraisals for insurance purposes done at Independent Jewellers are by our in-house Graduate Gemologists.
