When designing a piece of jewellery you first need to have an idea in mind. Look through magazines and pull out any photos that you like. Then look through your jewellery box and see if there are any old items or gemstones that you have not worn for years. Much that is old can be transformed into new again!

Once you have an idea in mind or a piece of jewellery you would like to renew, phone Independent Jewellers to set up an appointment with one of our designers. This will enable sufficient time to work with you to design your special piece.

When the design is established, a wax is carved and ultimately cast in the metal of your choice. The time frame required for this individual piece is usually 3 - 4 weeks.
